We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments can be booked.

We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments.

Late arrivals are still responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

Makeup Services

  • Follow product recommendations provided by your artist.

  • Remove makeup gently at the end of the day.

  • Store products properly and replace expired items as needed.
